Product Specific Information

  • 1 µg/mL of MA5-45578 was sufficient for detection of LRP4 in 20 µg of rat brain lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
  • Detects the extracellular domain of LRP4 (~215 kDa). Degradation product can be observed at ~150 kDa.
  • This antibody was formerly sold as clone S207-27.

Target Information

This gene encodes a member of the low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein family. The encoded protein may regulate Wnt signaling. Mutations in this gene are associated with Cenani-Lenz syndrome.
