- 1 µg/mL of MA5-45579 detects LRP4 in 20 µg of rat brain lysate by colorimetric immunoblot using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as secondary antibody.
- Detects extracellular domain of LRP4 (~215 kDa); degradation product observed at ~150 kDa.
- This antibody was formerly sold as clone S207-27.
Target Information
LRP4 encodes a member of the low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein family, potentially regulating Wnt signaling. Mutations in this gene are linked to Cenani-Lenz syndrome.
