Product Specific Information
- 1 µg/mL of MA5-45581 was sufficient for detection of mGluR1/5 glutamate receptor in 20 µg of rat brain membrane lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
- Detects approximately 130 kDa (both mGluR1 and mGluR5).
- This antibody was formerly sold as clone S75-3.
