- Reconstitution: 50 µL double distilled water (DDW)로 재구성 (샘플 크기에 따라 조정 가능).
- 항체는 상온에서 동결건조 상태로 배송되며, 도착 후 -20°C에 보관해야 함.
- 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 빛을 피하여 최대 1주일간 보관 가능.
- 장기 보관 시 소량으로 분주하여 -20°C에서 보관 권장.

Target Information
P2X7 수용체는 ATP에 대한 퓨리노수용체 계열 단백질로, 리간드 개폐 이온 채널로 작용하며 ATP 의존적 대식세포 용해를 유도한다. 세포질 내 ATP에 의해 활성화되어 세포 활동과 유전자 발현 조절을 연결하는 역할을 할 수 있다. 여러 대체 스플라이싱 변이가 확인되었으며, 대부분 nonsense-mediated decay 기준에 부합한다.
