Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of mouse antibodies and compatible with various detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence).
Secondary antibodies enhance sensitivity via signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
They are typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation).
