Target Information
Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins.
They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit IgG targets.
Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification.
Typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, they can be further purified and modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
