Anti-Mouse 2차항체는 mouse immunoglobulins에 대한 높은 특이성을 가지며, 검출, 분류, 정제 등에 사용됩니다.
다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, fluorescence 등)과 호환되며, 여러 개의 2차항체가 1차항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭 효과를 제공합니다.
일반적으로 대상 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역화하여 생성하며, 친화 크로마토그래피, 절편화, 표지 결합 등으로 추가 정제 및 변형 가능합니다.
