Target Information
MST1R (RON)은 세포 증식 및 이동에 관여하는 수용체 티로신 키나제입니다. 이 단백질은 막을 가로지르는 이황화 결합 이량체로, 당화된 전구체가 35 kD(α) 및 150 kD(β) 서브유닛으로 절단되어 형성됩니다. 리간드 결합 시 β 체인의 티로신 인산화가 유도됩니다. MST1R/RON 결손 마우스는 착상기 이후 생존하지 못하며, 해당 유전자는 3p21에 위치하여 소세포 폐암과 신세포암에서 자주 결실 또는 돌연변이가 발생하는 영역입니다. 여러 상피성 암의 진행과 관련이 있으며, 정상 인체 조직에서도 발현이 확인되었습니다. EST는 정상 대장, 구강, 전립선, 고환 및 암성 대장, 전립선, 위, 자궁 조직에서 분리되었습니다.
