The allophycocyanin (APC)-Alexa Fluor™ 750 dye tandem conjugate allows for multicolor measurements using excitation by lasers that emit from 633 to 650 nm.

Target Information

CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen) is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) expressed in all nucleated hematopoietic cells, comprising about 10% of lymphocyte surface proteins.
It is absent in non-hematopoietic cell lines and tissues.
CD45 is essential for lymphocyte development and antigen signaling, regulating Src-family kinases and JAK kinases.
It also plays roles in integrin-mediated signaling, apoptosis regulation, and immune function modulation.
Multiple isoforms exist due to alternative splicing, differing in extracellular domains.
