Product Specific Information
This GL7 monoclonal antibody reacts with a cell-surface protein found on T and B lymphocytes activated in vitro, bone marrow pre-B-II cells, germinal center B cells, and human B cell lines Ramos and Daudi. Strain variability exists, with expression in BALB/c greater than that in C57BL/6. GL7 is commonly used as a marker for mouse germinal center B cells. The epitope of GL7 has been identified as a sialic acid glycan moiety (Neu5Ac), recognized by CD22.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of stimulated mouse splenocytes, recommended ≤0.25 µg/test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test). Optimize titration for best performance.

eFluor® 660 replaces Alexa Fluor® 647, emits at 659 nm, excited with red laser (633 nm).
Excitation: 633–647 nm; Emission: 668 nm; Laser: Red Laser.
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
