Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris (1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C에서 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 전처리가 필요합니다.

Neurofilament는 뉴런에서만 발견되는 중간 필라멘트 단백질로, NF-L, NF-M, NF-H 세 가지 주요 단백질로 구성됩니다. 이들 단백질의 발현은 조직 특이적이고 발달 단계에 따라 조절됩니다. NF-H는 성숙한 축삭에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 근위축성 측삭경화증(ALS)과 관련이 있습니다.
