- MA3-902 detects HCN3 from human, mouse, and rat samples.
- Successfully used in Western blotting and immunohistochemistry procedures.
- In Western blot, detects a ~90 kDa band representing HCN3.
- Immunogen: synthetic peptide corresponding to residues T(640)–S(675) of rat HCN3.
- Clone TLL6C5 is a rat monoclonal hybridoma, produced by immunizing a rat, isolating spleen cells, creating the hybridoma, and injecting these cells into a mouse to produce ascites.
Target Information
HCN3 is a member of the hyperpolarization-activated and cyclic-nucleotide-gated (HCN) channel family.
HCN currents are linked to pacemaker activity in the heart and brain, resting potential control, and neuronal plasticity.
HCN3 is expressed in the brain, though at lower levels than other HCN channels.
