Target Information
DAPK2는 칼슘/칼모듈린 의존성 키나아제로, 세포 사멸(apoptosis)의 양성 조절자로 작용하며 다양한 조직에서 발현됩니다.
DAPK2 단백질은 serine/threonine protein kinase 계열에 속하며, N-말단의 키나제 도메인과 DAPK1과 유사한 칼모듈린 결합 도메인을 포함합니다.
이 유전자의 과발현은 세포 사멸을 유도하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 다중 polyadenylation site를 사용합니다.
