Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final antibody concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.

Goat Anti-HA-tag [HRP] Polyclonal Antibody is highly purified from goat antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography and then conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.
This antibody is suitable for detecting fusion proteins that contain an HA-tag.

Target Information

HA Tag (hemagglutinin tag) is an epitope tag that provides a method to localize gene products in various cell types, study protein topology and complexes, identify associated proteins, and characterize newly identified or low-abundance proteins when protein-specific antibodies are not available.
HA (hemagglutinin) is a surface glycoprotein derived from influenza hemagglutinin and is commonly expressed as a tag to aid in identification and purification of tagged proteins for functional analysis.
HA tag antibodies facilitate protein detection or co-immunoprecipitation of tagged proteins.
