Target Information
PTK2B (FAK2)는 세포질 티로신 키나아제로, 칼슘 유도 이온 채널 조절 및 MAP kinase 신호 경로 활성화에 관여합니다.
이 단백질은 액틴 세포골격 재조직, 세포 극성, 이동, 부착, 확산, 그리고 골 재형성에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
또한, 체액성 면역 반응 조절에 기여하며, 비장 내 B세포의 정상 수준 유지 및 이동에 필요합니다.
FAK2는 인테그린, 콜라겐, 면역, G단백질 결합, 사이토카인, 케모카인, 성장인자 수용체 등의 하위 신호 전달에 관여하며, 세포 스트레스 반응을 매개합니다.
비정상적인 FAK2 발현은 암세포 증식, 이동, 침습, 종양 형성 및 전이에 관련될 수 있으며, 교모세포종, 간세포암, 폐암, 유방암 등에서 발현 증가가 보고되었습니다.
