They are composed of multiple different recombinant monoclonal antibodies, combining the sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies with the specificity of monoclonal antibodies, while maintaining the consistency of recombinant production.

Functionally similar to polyclonal antibodies—recognizing multiple epitope sites and enabling high detection sensitivity for low-abundance targets—these antibodies have a defined mixture of light and heavy chains, ensuring reproducibility across lots and eliminating biological variability.

Target Information

LNX2 (Ligand of Numb Protein X 2), also known as PDZRN1, is encoded by the LNX2 gene located on human chromosome 13. Through its PDZ domains, LNX2 forms oligomers and interacts with target proteins. It functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase containing NPXY motifs that bind to the Numb protein, leading to Numb ubiquitination, preventing proteasomal degradation of the Notch intracellular domain (NICD), and modulating the Notch signaling pathway.
