Product Specific Information
- 사용 전 4°C에서 보관하며, 장기 보관 시 -20°C 이하에서 분주 후 보관 권장
- 동결 및 해동 반복은 피할 것
- 실온에서 침전이 있을 경우 원심분리 후 사용
- 희석은 사용 직전에 수행
- 4°C에서 수 주간 안정적 (비희석 상태 유지 시)
면역전기영동(immunoelectrophoresis) 분석에서 anti-rabbit serum과 Penicillium 유래 정제 및 부분 정제 Dextranase에 대해 단일 침전 아크(single precipitin arc)를 형성함.
다른 조직이나 종의 Dextranase에 대한 교차반응성은 발생할 수 있으나, 구체적으로 확인되지 않음.
