Target Information
Alpha-1 Antitrypsin (A1AT)은 간에서 합성되며, trypsin, elastase, chymotrypsin, collagenase, leucocytic proteases, plasmin, thrombin 등의 protease를 억제합니다.
A1AT 결핍 시 이러한 효소들이 폐 조직을 손상시켜 만성 폐질환(emphysema) 및 영아 간경변을 유발할 수 있습니다.
A1AT는 조직 괴사 및 염증 시 급성기 반응으로 증가하며, 류마티스 관절염, 세균 감염, 혈관염, 암 전이 등에서 혈청 수준이 상승할 수 있습니다.
