Target Information
JunB is a member of the Jun cellular oncogene family and functions as a basic region leucine zipper transcription factor. It regulates gene expression following primary growth factor stimulation and binds to the DNA sequence 5′-TGA[CG]TCA-3′. JunB plays a crucial role in cellular communication pathways controlling growth, development, and differentiation.
