Target Information
JunD는 JunD 유전자에 의해 암호화되는 전사 인자로, 세포 스트레스에 대한 반응으로 JNK/SAPK 단백질 키나아제 패밀리에 의해 인산화되어 전사 활성이 조절됩니다. Jun 단백질은 Fos, ATF, CREB 패밀리 전사 인자와 이합체를 형성하여 AP-1 복합체를 구성하며, 이는 세포 성장, 증식, 분화, 세포사멸 관련 다양한 표적 유전자의 발현을 조절합니다. 또한 JunD는 IGF-1 신호 경로를 조절하여 대사 과정에서도 중요한 역할을 합니다.
