The monoclonal mouse IgG1 kappa immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control.
FITC Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control has been reported for use in immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometric analysis.
It can be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 520 nm; Laser: Blue Laser.
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.

Target Information

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in adaptive immune responses such as opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
It is widely used in research and diagnostic applications including ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, as well as in therapeutic research such as immunotherapy and vaccine development.
