Target Information
JUP (gamma Catenin) is a major cytoplasmic protein common to submembranous plaques of both desmosomes and intermediate junctions. It forms complexes with cadherins and desmosomal cadherins and belongs to the catenin family, containing the armadillo repeat motif.
