Description:
PK136 단클론 항체는 마우스 NK1.1 항원에 반응하며, 이는 C57BL 및 NZB 마우스 계통의 NK 세포와 일부 T 세포 하위군에서 발현됩니다. BALB/c, SJL, AKR, CBA, C3H, A 계통 등은 NK1.1 항원을 발현하지 않습니다. 이러한 계통의 NK 세포 검출에는 DX5 항체(Product #14-5971)를 사용해야 합니다.
C57BL/6 비장 세포를 PK136 및 DX5로 동시에 염색하면 두 마커를 함께 발현하는 세포가 대부분이며, DX5⁺PK136⁻ 및 DX5⁻PK136⁺ 세포 소집단도 존재함을 확인할 수 있습니다.

Applications Tested:
C57BL/6 마우스 비장 세포를 대상으로 한 flow cytometry 분석에서 ≤0.5 µg/test로 사용 가능하며, 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위 내에서 실험적으로 결정해야 합니다. 다른 응용에서는 최적 조건을 위해 적정 시험이 권장됩니다.
