Product Specific Information
Reconstitution: Add 50 µg double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer periods, store aliquots at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freezing and thawing. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).
Target Information
The KCNN4 gene encodes a voltage-independent potassium channel activated by intracellular calcium. Activation causes membrane hyperpolarization, facilitating calcium influx. This protein is a major component of calcium-activated potassium channels in T-lymphocytes and may represent a distinct KCNN subfamily.
