Product Specific Information
Reconstitution: Add 50 µg double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C, protected from light, for up to 1 week.
For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

The KCNN4 gene encodes a voltage-independent potassium channel activated by intracellular calcium.
Activation leads to membrane hyperpolarization, promoting calcium influx.
This protein may form part of the predominant calcium-activated potassium channel in T-lymphocytes.
It belongs to the KCNN family but may represent a distinct subfamily.
