Product Specific Information
Reconstitution: Add 25 µL or 100 µL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature and should be stored at -20°C upon arrival.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to one week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g for 5 min).
Target Information
KCNN4 encodes a calcium-activated, voltage-independent potassium channel forming part of a heterotetrameric complex. Activation leads to membrane hyperpolarization and promotes calcium influx.
This protein is a major calcium-activated potassium channel in T-lymphocytes and may represent a distinct subfamily within the KCNN family.
