Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ANKMY2 (ankyrin repeat and MYND domain containing 2) is a 441 amino acid protein with three ANK repeats and one MYND-type zinc finger.
Encoded on human chromosome 7p21.1, it is conserved across multiple species including chimpanzee, dog, cow, mouse, chicken, and zebrafish.
Downregulation of ANKMY2, often associated with deletions of chromosome 7p22.1, may contribute to NK-cell malignancies.
ANKMY2 expression is also upregulated by Hox11, which affects hemopoiesis and promotes pre-leukemic states.
