For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

ADP-ribosylation factor (ARF)-like proteins (ARLs) are a distinct group within the ARF family of RAS-related GTPases. The ARL2BP protein binds ARL2·GTP with high affinity but not ARL2·GDP, activated ARF, or RHO proteins. The absence of detectable membrane association of ARL2BP or ARL2 upon ARL2 activation suggests functional differences from ARFs. ARL2BP is considered the first ARL2-specific effector identified, interacting with ARL2·GTP but lacking GTPase-activating protein activity.
