Filamin A는 두 개의 액틴 필라멘트를 연결하는 교차 결합 단백질로, 유연한 링크를 형성합니다. 두 개의 동일한 폴리펩타이드 사슬로 구성되어 있으며, 한쪽 끝은 서로 결합되어 있고 다른 끝에는 액틴 결합 부위가 있습니다. 인간의 혈소판, 림프구, 섬유아세포 및 평활근 세포에서 발현됩니다.
