Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
HIF-2 alpha (EPAS1) is a transcription factor involved in oxygen-regulated gene expression. It contains a basic-helix-loop-helix domain and participates in signal transduction pathways responsive to oxygen levels. HIF-2 alpha regulates vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression and is implicated in blood vessel and lung tubular system development. Mutations in this gene are associated with familial erythrocytosis type 4.
