Product Specific Information
N28.1 단클론 항체는 Fc receptor homolog expressed in B cells (FREB, FCRLA 또는 FcRX로도 알려짐)을 인식합니다. FREB는 IgG Fc 수용체(FcRg) 계열에 속하지만, 막관통 서열이 없고 세포 내에 존재합니다. FREB는 증식 및 활성화된 B세포, EBV 변형 B세포, germinal center centroblast, follicular lymphoma, Burkitt’s lymphoma 세포주(Raji)에서 검출됩니다.
또한 N28.1 항체는 정상 인간 혈액의 휴지기 B세포에서도 FREB 발현을 검출할 수 있음이 보고되었습니다.

Applications Tested:
- 정상 인간 말초혈액세포의 세포내 염색 후 Flow Cytometric 분석에 사용됨
- ≤0.03 µg/test 사용 가능
- 1 test는 100 µL 최종 부피에서 세포 샘플을 염색하는 데 필요한 항체량을 의미
- 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위로 실험적으로 결정 필요
- 최적 성능을 위해 항체 농도는 실험별로 적절히 희석 권장

Fc fragment of IgG 수용체(FCGRs, MIM 146790)는 Ig superfamily(IgSF)에 속하는 세포 표면 당단백질로, IgG-코팅 병원체의 식세포작용을 매개하고 염증 반응 및 항체 매개 세포독성 반응을 유도합니다. 모든 FCGR 유전자는 인간 염색체 1에 위치하며, FREB를 포함한 추가 유전자는 B세포 특이적으로 발현되어 B세포 발달 및 림프종 발생에 관여할 수 있습니다.
