Product Specific Information
Intact IgG appears on a non-reducing gel as a ~150 kDa band and, upon reduction, generates a ~25 kDa light chain band and a ~50 kDa heavy chain.
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences are cloned from immunoreactive rabbits, and individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
IP-10 (Interferon-gamma induced protein 10 kD) — also known as cytokine responsive gene 2 (Crg-2) or mob-1 in mouse — belongs to the CXC chemokine superfamily and was first cloned in 1985. Although its biological functions are not fully understood, IP-10 is known to:
- Stimulate monocytes, NK, and T-cell migration
- Regulate T-cell and bone marrow progenitor maturation
- Modulate adhesion molecule expression
- Inhibit angiogenesis
IP-10 and Mig share the same receptor, CXCR3.
