Product Specific Information
- Predicted to react with mouse and non-human primate based on sequence homology.
- Intact IgG appears on a non-reducing gel as ~150 kDa band; upon reduction generates ~25 kDa light chain and ~50 kDa heavy chain bands.
- For sandwich ELISA, can be paired with mouse monoclonal detection antibodies (MA5-14668, MA5-14670, MA5-14732) to detect recombinant human ApoA1 but not mouse ApoA1.
- Recommended to use biotinylated detection antibody followed by Streptavidin-HRP for increased sensitivity.
- Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced via in vitro expression systems using cloned antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits.

It acts as a cofactor for enzymes involved in cholesterol metabolism and is primarily produced in the liver. Typical plasma concentration ranges from 270–380 mg/100 mL.
