Target Information
TNFAIP2, also known as B94, is a TNF-α-regulated gene expressed in endothelial cells, peripheral blood cells, and mature sperm. Elevated TNFAIP2 expression has been observed in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and is significantly correlated with increased cell migration, invasion, and metastasis, suggesting its potential as a prognostic indicator. TNFAIP2 may also play a role in the viral-sensing circuit of the innate immune response.
