CD40 Ligand (CD40-L), 또는 CD154는 T 세포 표면에 발현되는 막 단백질이자 분화 항원입니다.
CD40 Ligand는 사이토카인 존재 하에서 B 세포 증식과 모든 면역글로불린 아이소타입 분비를 자극합니다.
또한 말초혈 단핵세포에서 사이토카인 생성 및 종양 살상 활성을 유도하며, 활성화된 T 세포의 증식을 공동 자극하여 IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-2의 생성을 촉진합니다.
