주로 태반과 췌장에서 발현되며, 수지상세포 아형에 제한적으로 존재합니다. TLR3는 MyD88 대신 TRIF를 이용하여 신호 전달을 수행하며, IRF-3 및 NF-κB 활성화를 유도합니다.
