- No cross-reactivity with recombinant human Angiopoietin-2, recombinant mouse Angiopoietin-like 3, rhAngiopoietin-4, or rhAngiopoietin-like 7.

Target Information
Angiopoietins are key proteins in vascular development and angiogenesis. They bind with similar affinity to endothelial cell-specific tyrosine-protein kinase receptors, activating them via tyrosine phosphorylation. Angiopoietin-1 plays a critical role in endothelial–matrix interactions, vessel maturation, and stability, and may contribute to early heart development.
