This antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
OXSR1 (Oxidative Stress Responsive 1) serine/threonine kinase is activated by osmotic stress and regulates downstream kinases such as PAK1 to initiate cellular stress responses. OXSR1 can be phosphorylated by ATM or ATR during DNA damage and may play a role in actin cytoskeleton regulation.
