The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
PHKG1 is a serine/threonine kinase with glycogenolytic regulatory functions. It is the catalytic member of a 16-subunit protein kinase complex containing equimolar ratios of four subunit types. This complex plays a crucial role in glycogenolysis regulation. PHKG1 has two pseudogenes at chromosome 7q11.21 and one at chromosome 11p11.12.
