- Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water.

Target Information
CD42b is a platelet activation marker involved in coagulation and aggregation. It interacts with extracellular matrix and adhesion molecules and is regulated by VEGF and PDGF.
CD42b forms part of the GPIb-IX-V receptor complex, essential for platelet-rich thrombus formation by binding to von Willebrand factor (VWF) and other coagulation factors.
It is expressed on platelets and megakaryocytes in bone marrow. Mutations in CD42b are associated with Bernard-Soulier syndrome and platelet-type von Willebrand disease.
