Target Information
SIGLEC7는 세포 간 시알산 의존적 결합을 매개하는 부착 분자로, α2,3 및 α2,6 결합 시알산과 선택적으로 결합합니다. 또한 다양한 이당신경산 함유 당지질과 결합하며, 세포 표면의 시알산과의 cis 상호작용에 의해 인식 부위가 가려질 수 있습니다.
면역반응에서 리간드 유도 티로신 인산화 후 세포질 인산화효소를 모집하여 신호전달을 억제하는 억제성 수용체로 작용할 수 있습니다.
자연살해세포(NK cell)의 세포독성 억제에 관여하며, 조혈 과정에서 CD34+ 세포의 골수계 분화 억제 및 백혈병성 골수세포의 증식 억제에도 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
