Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences are cloned from immunoreactive rabbits, and individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
The encoded protein belongs to the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family, which regulates cellular processes such as growth, differentiation, mitosis, and oncogenic transformation.
This PTP contains two tandem Src homology-2 domains that bind phospho-tyrosine residues and mediate substrate interactions. It is widely expressed in tissues and plays key roles in signal transduction related to mitogenic activation, metabolism, transcription regulation, and cell migration.
Mutations in this gene are associated with Noonan syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia.
