Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
PTPN23 plays a role in sorting endocytic ubiquitinated cargos into multivesicular bodies (MVBs) through interaction with the ESCRT-I complex and possibly other ESCRT complexes. It may act as a negative regulator of Ras-mediated mitogenic activity and plays a role in ciliogenesis.
