For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PSMG2 is a chaperone protein that promotes assembly of the 20S proteasome as part of a heterodimer with PSMG1.
The PSMG1-PSMG2 heterodimer binds to PSMA5 and PSMA7 proteasome subunits, assists in assembling proteasome alpha subunits into the heteroheptameric alpha ring, and prevents alpha ring dimerization.
