Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ZIC3 encodes a member of the ZIC family of C2H2-type zinc finger proteins. This nuclear protein likely functions as a transcription factor in the early stages of left-right body axis formation.
Mutations in this gene cause X-linked visceral heterotaxy, including congenital heart disease and left-right axis defects in organs.
