Target Information
Fibrinogen은 혈액 응고 시스템의 주요 단백질로, 두 개의 동일한 소단위체로 구성되며 각 소단위체는 세 개의 폴리펩타이드 사슬(alpha, beta, gamma)을 포함합니다.
혈액 응고 과정에서 thrombin에 의해 fibrinogen이 fibrin으로 전환되고, fibrin이 중합되어 응고망을 형성합니다. 이후 plasmin에 의해 fibrin이 분해되어 다양한 분자량의 fibrin degradation products가 혈류로 방출됩니다.
