Target Information
CD163 (M130 antigen, Ber-Mac3, Ki-M8, SM4)은 130 kDa 막 단백질로, scavenger receptor cysteine-rich superfamily에 속하며 hemoglobin-haptoglobin 복합체의 수용체 역할을 합니다.
CD163은 자유 헤모글로빈으로 인한 산화 손상으로부터 조직을 보호하며, 헤모글로빈/하프토글로빈의 엔도사이토시스를 통해 철의 재활용에 관여합니다.
이 단백질은 인간 단핵구 및 대식세포 표면에 특이적으로 발현되며, 염증의 후기 단계에서 주로 증가합니다.
IL-10, IL-6, dexamethasone에 의해 발현이 증가하며, LPS 및 PMA는 세포 표면에서의 shedding을 유도합니다.
CD163은 칼슘 및 pH 의존적으로 hemoglobin/haptoglobin 복합체와 결합하며, 특정 하프토글로빈 형태에 따라 결합 친화도가 다릅니다.
또한, CD163은 tyrosine kinase 의존적 칼슘 이동, inositol triphosphate 생성, IL6 및 CSF1 분비를 포함하는 신호전달을 유도합니다.
