For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Galactose-specific lectin that binds IgE. May mediate stimulation of endothelial cell migration via alpha-3, beta-1 integrin and CSPG4.
Together with DMBT1, it is required for terminal differentiation of columnar epithelial cells during early embryogenesis.
In the nucleus, it functions as a pre-mRNA splicing factor.
Involved in acute inflammatory responses including neutrophil activation and adhesion, monocyte/macrophage chemoattraction, opsonization of apoptotic neutrophils, and mast cell activation.
