Target Information
ACVR1C는 serine/threonine protein kinase로, TGFB 계열 신호 전달 분자의 type I receptor입니다. 이 수용체 복합체는 2개의 type II 및 2개의 type I transmembrane serine/threonine kinase로 구성됩니다. Type II receptor는 type I receptor를 인산화 및 활성화시키며, 활성화된 type I receptor는 SMAD2 및 SMAD3 전사 조절 인자를 결합 및 활성화시켜 핵으로 이동시킵니다. ACVR1C는 activin AB, activin B 및 NODAL의 수용체로 작용하며, 세포 분화, 성장 억제 및 세포사멸에 관여합니다.
