Thermo Fisher Scientific Dynabeads™ MyOne™ Streptavidin T1 (10 mL)

Uniform and superparamagnetic Dynabeads™, 1 μm in diameter, with a monolayer of recombinant streptavidin covalently coupled to the surface and blocked with BSA.
These beads enable efficient capture and downstream handling of biotinylated ligands or target molecules. The streptavidin monolayer ensures negligible leakage, and the absence of excess adsorbed streptavidin provides batch consistency and reproducibility.

결합 능력 (Binding Capacity)

Binding capacity depends on molecule size, biotinylation procedure, steric availability, and charge interactions.
Each streptavidin molecule on the bead surface has 2–3 available biotin binding sites.
Typical binding capacity per 1 mg Dynabeads™ MyOne™ Streptavidin T1:

• 1,100–1,700 pmol free biotin

• 400 pmol biotinylated peptides
• Up to 20 μg biotinylated antibody
• Approx. 20 μg ds-DNA
• 400 pmol ss-oligonucleotides
